The Jupiternetwork Support Rate is $110 per hour –

 

Jupiternetwork Cancellation Policy
All onsite support calls must be scheduled and ticketed. All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 4 hours before time of appointment. Cancellations made later than four hours before scheduled and confirmed appointment time will be subject to a $55.00 fee. This charge is one half of our standard hourly rate of $110.00 and compensates for rescheduling. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patronage.
